New visit type called 'Maintenance' that operates the same as the 'Visit' option

You can schedule a reminder against a specific case at the right date and time. You can create a Case Reminder either from the Calendar or directly from an individual case, and once saved, it will appear in the Calendar as a purple event for easy visibility.

The Marketplace feature transforms your Resident Portal into a secure, building‑only trading hub, where residents can easily list items for sale and other residents can quickly browse and buy within the community.

Visitor Parking now available on the MYBOS Manager app. Managers can also use their app to scan vehicle registration plates, and if not registered to their building - issue a Parking Breach

On-Site Check In gives building managers full visibility over who is on-site, why they're there, and for how long — with contractors and visitors linked directly to Cases, Work Orders, and Quote Requests.

Enables an aggregated view of Case, Maintenance Requests and Maintenance Schedules across the buildings that belong directly to the company and also shared buildings associated with the company.

The voting panel allows you to create structured polls so different groups, such as committee members or residents, can securely vote on specific building or strata issues.
